Apptitude Inspections

I got some "Aptitude Inspections" which analyze my personality as a worker to write my entry sheet. They are well-created more than I expected. I had thought that the results differed in each inspection, however, they were almost the same. According to the result, I have creativity, but I lack the ability to get things done. And, I feel it correctly. I have launched many personal projects on each occasion that inspired something, but the projects I completed were very few.  I usually think that I am an incompetent person because I have no achievement. However, If I look back at myself, I have just lost the chance to achieve something. The Things We thought were very small and unimportant might lead to very big and important achievements. I have disregarded small successes like these, and that is the biggest reason why I have no achievement.

I also focus on small projects from now on. I want to achieve something with the stacking of small succeeding.
