To keep mentally fit

There are some things to lead a happy life. I think that the most important things are like these.
1. About 8 hours of sleep
2. Walking over 30 mins every day
3. One complete holiday every week
Research work or development is fun but very stressful at the same time. So we should make efforts to keep mentally fit.
I executed all of them yesterday. Then, I could feel the joy of living.
By the way, I met t_h_ for a walk.
